(2) Basic: Format S – Essential: Format L – Complete: Format XL

(3) Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm

(4) Excluding the costs of repair, cleaning, moving, or the rental or purchase of furniture or accessories

(5) EPC, electrical certificate, and urban planning approval, property management company information, plan, and legal and compulsory information. The costs are paid by the seller (approx. €500)
